Create Time & Space for You is all about helping you create time and space to prioritise your wellbeing, one of our themes is Relax to Stress Less however, 1-1’s provide the opportunity to create your own wellbeing theme. Each session is created for you, the seasons and moon phases will provide our inspiration.
Whats included:
6 x Bespoke Wellbeing Sessions
1x Consultation
1 x Reflection session
Motivational emails and or text between sessions.
Wellbeing Sessions
Journalling which includes vision creation, goal setting and inspired actions
Accountability for inspired actions
Yoga for Relaxation is a session where we set a time and create space for you to explore your vision and intentions through Awareness Time, Gentle Movement, Guided self healing and self massage, Meditation, Journalling, Stillness and Reflection Time. (the session can include all or some of modalities.)
Your experience begins with a consultation in where you get clear on your wellbeing vision and book in your six wellbeing sessions, you will receive weekly motivational messages. During the 12 weeks you get to create your wellbeing vision, get clear on what it looks and feels like, look at how you currently spend your time and various ways you could create time and space to help you on your wellbeing journey, journal your vision, write goal inspired actions and record your accomplishments. As the experience closes there will a reflection session to review the 12 weeks and plan in the next best steps for you.
12 Week Wellbeing Experience
The sessions are live on zoom and one to one.
The Wellbeing Experience can be paid in full or in 3 instalments over the 12 weeks.
