Yoga for Relaxation 
Time to relax and connect with yourself through gentle movement, breath work and meditation. Journalling option available. 
Reflexology 
A magical treatment that aims to reconnect you with yourself and to bring about balance, leaving you feel relax and refreshed. It’s a holistic therapy that stimulates the body’s own healing process. Your feet and/or hands are massaged and pressure applied to reflex points which relate to specific areas of your body. 
Indian Head Massage 
A relaxing and revitalising seated massage focusing on your neck, shoulders, and face as well as the head with the aim of releasing unwanted tension physically, emotionally and energetically. 
Eastern Facial Therapy 
An amazing therapeutic treatment that offers both a relaxing and stimulating massage to the face, head, neck and shoulders. An amazing holistic experience which blends massage and acupressure that aims to leave you glowing on the inside and out.
